During Saimi's feria holiday we had the chance to spend some quality time together. First some yoga in MindBody-Studio, a perfect way to start your day!
After yoga we were a bit hungry. We had never tried churros before, so now was the time!
We didn't really know how big they would be and how full they would make us, so we just ordered two each and thought that we could always get some more if we were still hungry after the two. Plus they were only 40c a piece, so quite cheap, I think. Well, we got these really long, greasy sticks with some hot, melted chocolate. (Just dip the churros in the chocolate.) Quite similar to Finnish munkki, but without the sugar on top and three times as greasy, and without any flavour, in my opinion. But we had some fun, and Saimi liked them, even though she only managed to eat one.

After the churros we went to the beach because our own pool has been closed since the beginning of October and we wanted to enjoy the weather. I have to admit that during the over two months that we have lived here, we have been on the beach only a few times, and I haven't actually dipped myself once in the sea... So it was about time! The weather was perfect, no clouds, barely any wind, nice waves, about 26 celsius, the water not too cold, and our tummies full of churros. I just wish that the weather will be like this for a few weeks more, I really want to go again as soon as possible.

One evening my good friend and I had a night out! We started in Munchies. I had been there for a burger the previous day (the burgers are amazing, I can gladly recommend them!!) and my waiter told me they have blue wine. I thought it would be dyed with some artificial colour, but no, just chardonnay, with some color form the peal of the grape plus presumably some blueberry. Well, I just had to bring my friend there for some blue sangria! :)
The sangrias are just heavenly. Quite strong as well, they put a few liqueurs there for flavour... But the thing that makes them special is cinnamon! So whether you like red, white, rose or blue wine, I can recommend the sangrias as well. ;) Oh, and the fries are very good, too. I suggest you have the chunky blue cheese dip with them. Ñam ñam as the Spanish say.
After these starters we went to Kazuki restaurant for some sushi. Very fresh, amazing flavours, quality food. Not fast food or very cheap, but I will definitely go again.
It was the last night of the feria, but we didn't want to spend our time in a big crowd, so we just took a peak and headed for some karaoke. :) A fun night!!
